RETURNS
If you live in the United States and are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order on all unused, unworn items, excluding sales and sale items. We will provide one prepaid return label per order and cover the cost of shipping of your replacement item. However, we will charge a processing fee of $6 on any returned item (not on exchanges or store credit) to offset the cost of shipping back to us.
Note that all items in “Last Chance” are final sale and cannot
be returned or exchanged.
If you live outside of the United States and are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer one-time exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your initial order on all unused, unworn items, excluding sales and sale items. We will provide one prepaid return label per order and cover the cost of shipping of your replacement item. However, we will charge a processing fee of $15 on any returned item (not on exchanges or store credit) to offset the cost of shipping back to us.
Note that all items in “Last Chance” are final sale and cannot
be returned or exchanged.
To process an exchange, please send an email to customerservice@siennaswim.com We will email you a shipping label equipped with tracking to send the return and assist you in choosing a replacement item if you need it. We will also provide you with tracking on your replacement item.
Please return your item via the label provided within 3 business days.
We do not accept returns at this time unless the item is faulty.
All of our products are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@siennaswim.com so we can email you a shipping label equipped with tracking. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed to be faulty, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund, minus the returns processing fee. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.
The returns processing fee helps cover, in part, the cost of the prepaid shipping label we provide to send your order back to our fulfillment team. Orders returned for a refund will incur the returns processing fee. Exchanges and orders returned for store credit do not.
Regarding both Returns + Exchanges, please note the following:
- For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind there will be no refund, but we can offer store credit
- We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty
- If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate an exchange within 5 days of purchase and return your item via the label provided within 3 business days
- All item/s sent back for store credit are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached
- Sienna Swim will not be responsible for or refund any items that are not returned in new condition
- Sienna Swim will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used
- There will be no exchange on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final
