When we launched our brand in June 2022, we dreamed that when we found success, we’d be answering hundreds of questions about who we are, how to work with us, and what we believe in. Here are the questions we receive most often. Thank you for your curiosity, your support and your love!
Q: HOW CAN I MODEL/WORK WITH SIENNA SWIM?
A: We are always looking for women who want to spread confidence and community and align with our brand, and currently offer three options for those interested in working with Sienna Swim: ambassadors, models, and affiliates. Find more information and an FAQ here.
Q: HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR COLORS AND DESIGNS FOR EACH COLLECTION?
A: Sienna works with our small creative team (all family!) to design each collection thoughtfully and originally based on her own personal style and what she finds herself drawn to in each season. From Sienna’s style boards and inspo (like the one below from one of our previous collections), she works with our print designer Nikki Ink, to hand draw each pattern and develop our collection colors. For our holiday drop, she’s currently loving metallics, deep winter hues, and simple florals, so expect to find those popping up this November!
Q: DO YOU HAVE A FULL COVERAGE BOTTOM?
A: Yes! We have a few. Our most popular right now is the TRESTLES bottom, which comes in two prints and five solids, including our new and popular steel blue color, pictured below. We also have the COCO bottom, which can be worn as a surf short or for any type of activity from beach volleyball to Pilates, and the CAPRI bottom, a front and back full coverage bottom (and currently on sale, too!).
Q: WHAT IS SIENNA’S MOST-WORN STYLE?
A: She has a few. As someone who is always in a swimsuit, she has different favorites for different needs. For surfing, she almost always reaches for our best-selling MALIBU surf suit or the SWAMIS surf shirt (pictured below) and TRESTLES bottom. If she’s looking for a more cheeky tan, she’ll pair the surf shirt with the SWAMI’S bottom (pictured below) or go with our BYRON set. Her go-to styles all around right now are the AVILA one piece, the tried and true ‘NALO top & bottom, the TULUM top & bottom, and our new BALCONETTE set. Don’t ask her to choose a favorite print or color. She can’t.
Q: WHAT SIZE DOES SIENNA WEAR?
A: Typically, Sienna wears a medium one-piece, medium bottom and small top, but in our BAJA and TORREY bottoms, Sienna opts for a large. Each different style has an indication on our website of whether they run true to size, large, or snug, which we base off Sienna’s feedback along with our sample models!
