Yes! We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries and would love to see Sienna Swim represented around the world!
Once you place your order, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped by our fulfillment team. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your package is fulfilled and tracking usually updates within 24 hours of that initial email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day you place your order. If you are located outside of the U.S., please allow up to 21 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier, and delivery status is determined by their tracking systems. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or if it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Sienna Swim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Delivery is considered complete once tracking shows the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please email us immediately if you’ve entered your shipping information incorrectly so that we can update your order if it has not been shipped yet. Send us an email with your Name and Order # to customerservice@siennaswim.com.
Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure, as we are not responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status.
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. Your local customs office will assess the customs duties and fees and notify you of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is at the discretion of one’s local government. Sienna Swim is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by a customer’s local government. Any fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We are legally required to claim the full retail value price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into customs documents it creates. If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price.
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
